Hey All, Well I'm a happy person, my wife says I can go to Arcadia so now I'm starting to count the days.Got to get the kids things out of the garage so I can get my baby preped for the trip.It's going to be awsome to be able to put faces to names.RC, I see you have about the same miles as I have to get there. I hope I will get to see your coach.I will be leaving on Friday the 26 stopping in Baltimore and on to St. Pete to visit a cousin I haven't seen for many years. Wanted to leave Christmas day but the wife said no. So as you can see I am excited!With the fuel being about half of what I projected I'm hopeing more of us will show up. Happy traveling all! | ||

It's a yes for me too. First time. But I can only spend 3 days. The other 3 days are being spent at Red Coconut RV park in Fort Myers. So the trade off is not bad at all. | ||

Arcadia is a bus conversion get together that happens each year over new years in Arcadia Florida. (90 miles SE of Tampa) In the past there has been 150-170 bus conversions all in one WARM place. Great people & Great bus's. Jack Conrad puts it on with help from some of the other local bus nuts. I saw you Face page and listened to a couple of your songs, you would fit right in at Arcadia, lots of music, lots of food, lots of BS and tire kicking. If you are heading south like your song title says, it should be a must attend for you. Jim | ||

Bussin' 09 Bus Conversion rally at the Turner Agri-Civic Center in Arcadia, Florida from Monday, December 29 through Thursday, Jan. 1. 2009. Early arrivals are OK beginning on December 26. At present we have 80 confirmed reservations and expect about 20 more, plus those that always show up unannounced. Should be around 120 coaches total.
