Consumer warning: The following post is totally generic (not related to any particular bus topic) and may be of no interest to anyone at all. That said, I had to express my deep gratitude to all you guys (and maybe even some gals?) for being so generous with your time and expertise... and your dry wit and irrepressible humour (spelled Canadian). And my special thanks to Ian, for making this crazy community possible. I was about to say ‘on-line’ community, but such description would greatly diminish the spirit of this forum, our little coffee shop cum garage cum daily journal cum place to fret and publicly bitch. It’s a place unlike anywhere else on this over-rated and time-wasting frivolity called ‘the web.’ It’s a place populated by real world, hands-on and adventurous folk… as opposed to a bunch of ‘virtual community’ self-promoting geeks. Yeah, I’m a newbie but I know this much: This is a place where real people accomplish difficult and extraordinary things, yet still find the time to write and to help others - as opposed to the usual ‘web’ regulars, who write incessantly about things they never did.
