We pulled into Juno Beach, FL yesterday. Staying at the Juno Beach RV park. Nice place, roads are a little tight...my wife said a guy who lives in an MCI introduced himself as a friend of Ian's today but she couldn't rememeber his name. I'll have to go over and meet him when I get back from work tonight. The bus has performed remarkably well for our first long outing. I have been running the 6-71 between 2000 - 2100 and that has produced 7.5 miles to the gallon and she hasn't used a drop of oil. Engine temps between 165 and 170 and oil pressure of 50 lbs. This is my first two stroke but those numbers looked pretty resonable to me. I'll keep you guys posted on the second half of the trip |

We did as well on our first 600 mile outing, we got 7.1 mpg, we ran at 55mph, towing our Calvalier, the 7.1 included a lot of mountain pulling. On flat part of the trip we averaged 9 mpg,all those 6% grades sure knock down the overall milage. Blessings, David |
