Just got through with changing the hinges on the 04 and done both sides by myself and took a total of 3 hours. Dang is that good or what? I replaced all the doors not just a couple either LOOLLL. Anybody got a better time frame>> lets hear it gomer |

sure hope you used soap and no oil based - oil based products will make the rubber crack quickly |

What usually takes a while is removing those really tiny screws that hold the rubber in place. If there out , its a quickie. Congrats , perhaps a new sport to time between the Bus Camper Drag Races , or the Pete's Pikes Peak Hill Climb? FF |

Sounds fast to me. Like FF says, make sure you use those tiny screws in the hinges. SS screws are best. |

them thar screws can be a right down bare to deal with, However, a piece of hardened key stock with a little flag welded on it with a hammer will clean er up real quick and that'a lotta truth LOL Gomer |

Frank;I live in Ocala and the hardest part is getting the old hinge out and preparing the groves for the new hinge. The old hinges lasted about 8 years so that ain't bad I think. Gomer |
