Just got through with changing the hinges on the 04 and done both sides by myself and took a total of 3 hours. Dang is that good or what? I replaced all the doors not just a couple either LOOLLL. Anybody got a better time frame>> lets hear it

sure hope you used soap and no oil based -

oil based products will make the rubber crack quickly

What usually takes a while is removing those really tiny screws that hold the rubber in place.

If there out , its a quickie.

Congrats , perhaps a new sport to time between the Bus Camper Drag Races , or the Pete's Pikes Peak Hill Climb?

Sounds fast to me.

Like FF says, make sure you use those tiny screws in the hinges. SS screws are best.

them thar screws can be a right down bare to deal with, However, a piece of hardened key stock with a little flag welded on it with a hammer will clean er up real quick and that'a lotta truth LOL

Frank;I live in Ocala and the hardest part is getting the old hinge out and preparing the groves for the new hinge. The old hinges lasted about 8 years so that ain't bad I think.
