We are looing to purchase a bus conversion vs. an RV simply because of stability. With four kids we need something well-built. We just don't know what to get. Been told that 4-speed manual trans are harder to drive. Any response to that? Also don't know whether to get a gas or diesel engine. Which would do a better job of pulling a toad? We don't mind doing some inside/?outside? cosmetics but all electrical, plumbing, water tanks (fresh, grey, black) and mechanics must be in very good working condition. We simply don't have the resources, space, or know-how to do the elec./plumbing/water tanks ourselves. Anyone know of a good-running bus for sale?
