I am in Phase 2 of my conversion, otherwise known as a "re" conversion. Never put in any sort of headliner and am adding some cabinets before the new headliner. My question is this. On the 4106 (and others) when the luggage racks go away, there is a little "stub" of steel "rod" with a hole in them. What is a good way to make those go away? Sawzall? Grinder (catching the sofa on fire from sparks)? Doing the nipple twist with a pipe wrench. |

Larry - How about using them to help support the new cabinets? What the hey, the luggage racks used to support me when I'd take a nap in a 4106 while waiting for the charter group to return to the coach. Cabinets should be a cinch! FWIW & HTH. . .

I have used them for the most part. However there are about 4 that need to go bye bye. I am trying to determine a good method to get rid of them. |

I am thinking about keeping ours and running a nice rope through them to assist while moving around when the coach is in motion...something to grab onto. (I've been in too many boats!LOL Jack |
