Hello It looks like the exhaust pipe coming off the manifold needs to be replaced. The top side fitting into the manifold comes out a couple inches and then 45`s straight down for about 12 inches to a flange which joins another flange and then 45`s down to the muffler. Its the upper pipe which is toasted at the flange. Does this make any sense to you`all? The walls on the pipe are rather thin, so I doubt it would take a weld, wouldn`t last. Anyone up here in BC CANADA that can suggest where I might get a part like this? Has anyone used that flex pipe ... what would the life on it be? thanks, razman |

Razman, the orginal pipe on the model 05 was a cast 90 with a steel flange welded into it and was easy to repair the flanges are a stock item at most muffler shops .If the cast 90 has been replaced go to a muffler shop and have a steel 90 made.I just gave a cast 1 away 2 weeks ago good luck (Message edited by luvrbus on June 16, 2009) |

Those metal flange stubs are listed in the local NAPA heavy duty exhaust catalog if you have trouble finding a stub. |
