Is it possible to put a cat 3406e in the mc9. I have seen some 60 series detroits but no cats. Just wandering have a freightliner with cat that i may take off the road could use for donor.

Jason, that is a big engine for a bus I have a friend that has a C-15 in his Eagle and it is a compartment full.
I have seen C-13 and C-11 in MCI's before but never a 15 L engine.

Luvrbus answered your question since the C-15 is the same engine as the 3406E. It is a big engine, and as stated a C-12 (don't use the C-13-many problems), or Cummins ISM size wize would be a whole lot easier. Good Luck, TomC
