They had a restored model of this at the Carlisle car show last week. You could actually get up close to inspect it. Guy there said they had 3 million in the restoration. It has dual front wheels. Looked pretty neat. http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&client=firefox-a&channel=s&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:off icial&hs=7a9&q=parade+of+progress&um=1&ie=UTF-8&ei=XkfRSsnhHI6mlAf13IypCg&sa=X&oi=image_re sult_group&ct=title&resnum=4&ved=0CBsQsAQwAw |

you can buy a shell for restro for only $600,000. John thanks for that site. I stayed up pretty late checking out the wreckers and trucks. I love old trucks and equip. |

Saw the Futurliner last year at a car show and they let ya go up into the cab for $3.00. Very Cool. Here's the website that tells the history and restoration of it. http://www.futurliner.com/index.html (Message edited by Michigander bob on October 12, 2009) |
