Set fire to his own coach... I dunno about that though... Authorities seem to be all too quick to jump the gun and label any fire as intentionally set. As if accidents and part failures never have anything to do with it. If my father hadn't had connections with the local authorities, he'd probably be in jail for arson to our house right now, or my brother or I... Even though none of us set the fire and did what we could to put it out once discovered... It was just too big, too hot and too out of control by the time we discovered the blaze in the garage. If the bus broke down, maybe it was a turbo failure? If it overheated and cooked, it's entirely plausible that the casing cracked, dripped oil down onto the exhaust pipe or manifold and caught fire and spread from there... What about an electrical short? The gods know just how often those happen. Sometimes, I think Electricity is the worst thing ever discovered... But we'd all still be living in the 1800's if it hadn't been. lol... All that's really on those two links are the authorities suspicions... Nothing from the owner/operator other than he's too seriously injured to be questioned right now... No mention of how the fire started nor spread and no mention of why they suspect he set fire to his own bus. I just don't believe things I read in the media these days... Too many frauds and lies in the media. Always have been. If there's an update on this later with his side of the story, I'd like to read it... -Mac |

But doesn't Fox News present itself as being the authority on everything..polluting the world with its authoritative opinions??? So surely it must be true..he set fire to his own coach, and tried to roast himself in the process! (Stepping off my soapbox now!!) Josh |

My point was that Fox specializes in the sensational and anything that will arouse the masses!! There was nothing in the article that remotely indicated that they poor guy actually torched his bus. Fox is famous for reporting what someone said, not what actually happened. That way they make it appear to be the truth without doing any actual investigating. If you look to Fox for information you are not likely to find it. I don't watch any of them. I can't swallow the "breaking news" that I had read about three days before in the newspaper. Admittedly, the rest aren't a whole lot better but they at least sometimes attempt to be neutral, Fox never does this. It is pure a rabble rousing operation, no different than the Rush. |

Busshawg, I tend to agree with you. I can't imagine that insurance money from a broken down coach would be worth getting 2nd and 3rd degree burns over 50% of one's body. |
