Most folks carry a log book , good idea to keep track of any work , costs , dates . Very good too, in court if you ever have a fender bender to demonstrate the coach is maintained by Da Book. However on small boats there is a second log kept , The Guest Log, Haven't seen many on coaches I have visited , and would like to point out their usefullness and fun. Its great to page thru after a few years and remember interesting folks that have been aboard. On one boat I asked the guests for their "favorite drink recipee" , in another just for their favorite food recipee. What ever is your pleasure , usually the make & model of there vessel , the port we happened to be in at the time , and some pithy remarks. Anyway it could work for YOU as a good fun addition to your Coaching. FAST FRED |

I keep a trip album on board the Bus. Found one that holds 4x6 pics and has area for notes or comments next to pic. I put pictures of where we stayed.. friends we traveled with etc... and as we have been using Bus during conversion process I also have pics of what gets done in the months between trips. Fun for passengers to browse thru while traveling. I just thought of another idea...have passengers sign a waiver promising not to bust my chops if I grind a few gears... |
