Well, it originated at the GMC Truck & Coach plant in Pontiac, MI. . .

Seriously, after being built at the above plant, your coach was originally sold to Southern Greyhound Lines of Chamblee, GA. It was part of a 73-bus order that was delivered between March and July of 1961. It's original fleet number was 6244.
So you can honestly tell folk that you own a genuine ex-Greyhound bus!
