Does anyone know of a source for MCI 5/7 windshields and rubbers other than MCI? These are getting hard to find.

Also, my parts book does not show the P/N for the rubbers. Could I trouble some one for these P/Ns?

Thanks

These guys do a great job up here in the Northwest, very professiona, fair prices, a great to deal with. I just purchased two MC 9 windshiels for $230 for the two of them. $115 each.

I think they may have other location in the US

Do you have a 5 or 7? The 5 has the same windsheild as the 8 not sure about a 7. Tom

I know the 8 windshield is taller than a 7. I think the early 5 (5a) might be the same as a 7. But I think the later 5 (5c) may be the same as an 8. Definately need to confirm before purchasing. Jack

I can get the part # for the 5C rubbers, and also measure the height of my glass. Let me know if this will help. Tom

Tom -

The windshield glass & rubber gasket for a 5C is identical to the MC-8, since basically that's the front end of your coach.

Unfortunately, John has an MC-7 which has a completely different shape & size. He's got to find glass & rubber that fit the 5A or 7.

John -

Luke's number is 1-888-262-2434. Add it to your address book, as he's a strong supporter of the busnut community. Support those who support us!

Thanks for the advice and offers of help, folks. RJ is correct--the 7 and 5A use the same windshield. I should have specified 5A in my first post.

I have been able to find a windshield and rubber in Eugene OR. Pricey, but at least they are available. I can pick it up there on my summer trip and save shipping, which is a considerable expense for glass.

If anyone has the P/N for the driver's side rubber, it would be helpful

Thanks again.

John

John, according to my parts book the # is the same for both sides on the 5A. 3C-27-284, also says to specify length. Somebody just got some of these from Luke a couple of months ago if i remember right. Come on over if you want to look at my book. Dusty enough for you today? Had to put all of my projects on hold.

John, I just replaced my 5A windshields a couple months back. They came from MCI, free shipping from Tennesse to Grants Pass Oregon, Luke has the correct rubber very good quality and easy to install. They are one piece with moulded corners, not strips you glue together.
