Has anyone put together a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI list by Make and Model, Engine and Trans yet? Somethng like a pre-flight inspection check-off maybe.

For those (NEWBIES) that are just getting into the Bus conversion hobby (addiction). A PPI list would be a great help. It could also serve as a start for a FAQ section.

What do you guys and gals think? Could make it an on-line group effort!

Cheers
Curtis

Hi Curtis,

Wonder if you and all our other new viewers know that the BNO BBS is but a small section of our web site containing over 100 pages of FAQs-like information about your bus conversion.

Some time ago, R.J. Long was kind enough to send along an article entitled, "Daily Pre-Trip Inspection" which you can view online at any time by heading for our home page and clicking on the "Articles of Interest" section from a navigation bar on the left side of your screen.

RJ, who has been a regular viewer of BNO for several years, asked that we delineate his article so that it was printer friendly, so you will see that it appears on screen a little differently that the other articles.

Thanks for a great idea - revisited!

Regards,

Ian Giffin

Garry Dean at www.coachinfo.com has just such a booklet for each make, listing weak points for that brand/model that should always be checked. Any bus should be checked by a BUS mechanic and taken for a test drive of at least 50-100 miles. Hope this helps, Jack
