Has anyone tried to duplicate or created a sound barier equal to the foam /lead/ foam?. Also how good is duct board ? How do you construct the air in and the air out vents and what kind of sound reducing material do you use? I have read the FMCA's article. Heard their is a super high mark up on the sound reducing materials. Any soures at reasonable price? |

RE: searching, did you specify "Archives" instead of "This Board" in the search options? I did a quick search of the archives and found a bunch of stuff on this topic.

Peter, use the keyword search, lots of 'sound', 'soundproof' and 'generator' stuff shows up.
