Does anyone know of any regularly scheduled auctions that often include buses? Maybe where regional transit authorities sell off their older or unneeded stock. I recently saw a couple of buses that were used by the CA dept of corrections and auctioned off at a monthly CA state auction. I was wondering if anyone knew of similar auctions around the country. Thanks William |

Where are you? I know of an auction that is open to the public (never been to it) on I-20 near GA/AL state line. There's one in Gainesville that is open to the public (sometimes) that David has been to. We go to the Blue Ridge Auto Auction in Blue Ridge GA. I got my jeep there. Auto auctions are great for buying toads. You can usually get something nice for a lot less than on a lot. Also (at Blue Ridge) They do a search on the vehicle (Carfax)and if it sells for over $2000 then it has a 90 day warrenty. Around here you can't hardly get any warrenty off the used car lot. Lorna |

We live in California, so the eastern auctions would be a bit far, unless we knew something special was coming up. I'll check iaai. I haven't heard of them. Thanks William |

Doug I don't know what the price was at the auction. I saw them later at a dealers yard, obviously marked up considerably. William |
