I would like to visit a RTS project or finished conversion within 300 miles of New Orleans. Just want to make sure what I am getting into.

If you troll the Family Motor Coach Association (FMCA) you may be able to find chapter info.

There are hunderds of chapters and loads of them are coach specific.,
There is sure to be a weekend outing someplace near you.

This way you may see a dozen or two versions of "MY WAY",
and perhaps see a coach that was done for similar needs to your own.
