In a 73 mc7 where might the auxiliary fuel tank be? The plaque states we have one but after coasting to a humbling experience on the side of the road it is quite clear that it is at the VERY LEAST not hooked up.. |

If you have the tank, it is in the first baggage bay. It is in a large box, in the center, against the rear bulkhead. You can't miss it. It does not act like a reserve tank. It gravity feeds the primary tank, so it goes down at the same time as your primary tank. Hope that helps! Glenn |
