You might want to open up that bundle of romex and check for signs of heating. It would be better if they were separated to allow some air flow.

Nice idea to use the cleats for quick access.

Good sugestion to look Don

The camper was wired with boat cable.

Zink coated, stranded copper, 12ga./3 conductor

UL rating 600 volts. Nothing is heating up, everything looks very good its all still very soft and plyable.



This camper will be around for long after I'm gone. We are all just caretakers for the next owners.

I try to take what I see as smart construction and share it when I can.

The fellow who did this one did not make very many mistakes. The entire cabinate structure also has those cleats, the entire interior is held togeather in this fashon. They are simple, inexpensive, strong, and you can dismantle everything if nessessary. Thumbs up on this type of design.

Once again, nice job on the build. Everything I build looks like your first picture. I probably would have stapled some carpet over it lol!
