Has anyone ran a wired backup camera on an MC8? I am wondering as to the easiest route. I would prefer not to go thru upper coach. Basically I am mounting camera on the blower compartment cover so I will start cord run by entering this compartment. Any thoughts on the best route and how to get there? Yes I know a wireless camera would be a better option but I didn't get one of those for free.

Depends on your inside layout. If you have valances and cabinets along the top of the walls, you could run the cable there. Another option would be along the wall at floor level. We made a chase along both walls at floor level that is approx. 4"x4". Jack

Aside from suggesting you sell the wired unit and buy a
wireless one instead (making installation a snap)....

Depending on the type and amount of conductors needed,
are there enough spare wires in the existing harness that goes
from the front electrical panel, to the rear electrical panel?

There are usually an abundance of unused wires in that harness.

Is the bottom of your coach a heavy corrugated pattern like the GMC's? If it is, you could run conduit lengthwise and install several wires in it for now and future use. Of course, that added expense would be more than the extra for the wireless unit.

A very good suggestion John. I could run a piece of 1/2 inch plastic conduit under the body. I may even have some left over from an old job here. I will have to have a look if it quits snowing out in the next day or two.
