Swift's Park, Ft.Myers, FL You could wash your rig with no flak, but not your car! ...JJ BTW, I got thrown out of Snowy River Campground in Sunriver,OR for washing the 4905. Lady said I was wasting water, and I was parked next to the Deschutes River in full spring flood! Her lawn sprinkler was on at the same time. Go figure. |

A State Park in Conneticut, can't recall the name, camp ground manager had a slobbering St. Bernard that gave me a bath while being told that I could not stay there because I had 2 minpins (no pets allowed). Even though I liked the slobbering dog, I could not pass on the opportunity to p--s her off with some rather pointed remarks about her nasty--- dog and uncouth people that don't contain there obnoxious pets. Made a hasty exit to RI, Ain't been to Conn. since and don't ever plan on returning. |
