Can anyone tell me where I can find high quality locks for my 4905 bay doors? The only ones I can find are at a hardware store and they are very easy to break. |

Tom I saw one done I liked. They took out one of the bolts that hold the latch in and replaced it with a 3/8" eyebolt, then cut a slot in the latch cover for part of the "eye" to stck thru. All the bays had different locks on them, but a set of match-keyed Master locks would make sense. Simple, and sturdy. ...JJ |

My 4104 came with a rather neat set of bay locks. What the previous owner did, is buy several sets of hood locks, of the sort that are used on fancy street race cars. You know, they have an "ACE" style cylinder lock, and latch into a bolt with a funny head. The locks were mounted so the "hood" part (where the key goes) was in the center of the latch handle, and the bolt was mounted beneath it in the door. Slick, flush mounted, doesn't rattle, or wear the outside of the door... -Chuck |

On My 4905 I used some 5/16 galvanized chain and made a 1" hole on the handle for it to drop through used existing fastner in back of handle to attach the chain. And installed (Master)keyed alike padlocks on all doors.Works for me hope this helps JLV |
