Am planning to buy an MCI9. Does anyone have any input on Walker Coach, from PA, as a good place to purchase the coach? Thanks for the info. |

Run run run, donot trot doonot walk hold on to yourmoney for dear life. Editor's Note: This message from Alex originally appeared below the next message, leaving some viewers thinking that he was recommending avoiding Luke (Luke at US Coach) Bonagura's repair shop. I would like to apologize to Luke and to all BNO viewers for not having noticed the error sooner. As all can see from the rest of the responses, including this one, Luke's reputation is second to no one's in this business and without his participation on this bbs, BNO and this hobby's enthusiasts would suffer incalculably. Further, I'd like to thank BNO BBS regular, Steve Fessendon, for e-mailing me with a "head's up" about the original error and for suggesting that I fix the reading order of this message thread. |

If you are looking for a very good MC-9, one that has been garaged all its life D.O.T.ed every 6 months, any new parts have always been o.e.m. and has had a thougher pit inspection anything changed that showed up see Luke at 1-888-coach-34. He will steer you right. John |

Might want to Check with the Desoto County, Florida Sheriffs Department or Arcadia Florida Police Department. Walker Coach used to be in Arcadia, Florida. I can still show you several "conversions" the Sam Walker never finished before leaving Arcadia. The owners had many thousands of dollars invested in these coaches. They are nothing more than frames, no engines, transmission, rear axles, or skin. |

JD, The person Alex 4104 is urgeing you to run from is Walker Coach NOT Luke at US Coach. Walker has a VERY bad reputation. Luke has an EXCELENT reputation and contributes to the bus boards with lots of useful infomation. He also is a good source for parts for these older coaches. The glass company my insurance company recomended to replace my broken windshields had a problem finding the new rubber that the windshields mount in until I told them to call US COACH, no problem anymore. Thanks for your help Luke. Thanks, Sam |
