I had a great time and met some really nice people. I only wish Dori hadent been workin this weekend. Awards were handed out and I accepted my award with humility and concurred on the the other award winners.(thought Kevin and Kathy should have won one tho) The judges apparently took them selves out of the running. It was worth the drive off Long Island. That is really hard to do! John and Jean's MCI-9 was pretty cool. I was jealous of the power steering,the size of the bays and interior and how nice the engine started and ran. Jean told us how much got done just before there 10 day trip. Way cool. The outing to the dump station was a blast. Got some ideas and a tip on tiling the counter and backsplash from Kevin and Kathys coach and stole my baked bean recipe shamelessly from Kathy. Bar-b-q was awesome, Vivian was a trip (i want to still be driving a bus when i am in my 80's) hell i want to make it to my 70's! The Sweeneys dog Liam was the best dog (thats not my dog)to have around. I HAD A GOOD TIME! and i am jonesing for pudding cake! | ||

Ill echo everything Dave said. We had a great time, ate too much, and even managed to stay awake long enough to have a fire on Saturday night. I was so suprised when I won an award. I didnt even think I was in the running for it ! All in all, a great time and I can't wait till next year... |
