A few years ago, I had stored links for two different companies that service the transit bus industry with new parts. Now that I'm back on my bus project, I need the rubber hinge extrusion that holds the skirt panels to the body of my Flex Metro, Kramden.

I've done no good with google and yahoo, and maybe these companies did not survive 2008. Any help would be appreciated.

TIA

Thanks for the suggestion, but Austin Hardware does not have it.

Hmmmm...that is a curiosity. They had everything (so far) for our Crown...and they are similar vehicles in many ways....Sorry about that!

Can't imagine that it is so complicated that a "substitute" wouldn't be available. Things were pretty "simple" back in those days. Mine is a vintage '64, and have not failed to find something that would "do the job".

Maybe International Bus?..And, there are (were) a bunch of Flix's on the left side of the country; might find a supplier in CA.

Also might try "the other board", if you have not. Scott Whitney has (had) one. He was, previously, a frequent poster.
