Looks like two open wheeled race cars on top, I can't tell tho. Look to be quite strong.

It's definitely a race car transporter of European origin. Looks a little like the Ecurie Ecosse transporter, but not quite the same.

Oh my gosh! I can see it now, people are going to start having mega ramps to park their toad on the roof. Some will probably have some kinda fold down beds so the back end can serve as a toy hauler with a drop down ramp.... geesh guys! What imaginations!!

Sorry it took me so long to answer this...
This racing team car transporter/machine shop/bunkhouse on wheels
belonged to a European team, perhaps Ecurrie E. in the mid '50's and it was purchased by Lance Reventlow of Texas for his Scarab Racing team in about 1958.
During the '80's & 90's it was possible to see it from the freeway in PHX momentarily ...
rotting into the ground in a storage lot where vandals had rendered it a shell.
I don't know the present owners name or location but I read that $750,000 was put into the restoratioin.
It is not a one of a kind but the history is unique & it is a beaut..!
I am sure it is present annually at Elkhart Lake WS
for the Road America Historic Races along with it's cargo as seen.
