Well, here goes! For better or worse!! Good luck to you all. Take your time. This bbs has lots of new features but is quite simple to use, once you get the hang of it. In about a month, we should be able to use the "search" feature with some measurable results. (As an aside, you may be interested in knowing that this bbs system is the most popular one on the Internet today and is most highly recommended of all that are available, including "wwwboard".) Good luck. Lemme know if I can help out anywhere! Ian www.busnut.com |

This is a test of the 'sendmail' programme. If you are a 'registered user', you can select the boards from which you wish to receive messages via e-mail. |

Was wondering if any of the messages that were on the board when it crashed will be added to this board and be available for searching. This is both a questions and a test deal. Will the "codes" be available to "grab" or "copy" while a message is written, in the real world? When I clicked the spell checker it gave me a big error message- apparently that part doesn't work yet. No big deal. |

Hi ReneeAMG, I will try to add messages that were lost to THE BOARD. They are still intact as text files on my server. I am not sure what you are asking in your second paragraph. Please explain. The spellchecker is third party software being run at another web site. It worked just fine before I posted this message to the site. Regards, Ian www.busnut.com |

I will try it (spell-check, that is) again and see what happens. I have seen this error message appear on other things on the net: Internet Explorer Script error Error line82 char 2 error unspecified error code 0 url http//www.busnut.com/cg (etc,etc,etc-)(I didn't copy that whole line. Could be on my computer??? Anway it does not work for me. |

Hi ReneeAMG, If you go to our home page, you will notice that BNO has been created and optimized for Netscape Navigator's latest browser at a screen resolution of 800 x 600 pixels. We have placed links on our home page where you can retrieve the browsers and all the plug-ins necessary to have BNO work 100% correctly on your computer. Regards, Ian www.busnut.com |
