I,m installing a 654 automatic in a 05 Eagle. It's hitting the frame on the driver side. What I would like to know is how you guys handled the frame mod. as to where you cut ,how much you cut or did you scab tubing in and just the frame out.

If it was closer,I'd come help....anything you "notch" has got to be replaced with something stronger...do your notch & have a good welder "beef it up"(what's left)...

Thanks two dogs. Amoung other things ,I'm a welder soooooooooo I guess I'll throw a 6010 at it. Looked like it needed more than a notch,thats why I asked.Thanks again.

talk to someone who's "c'd" a frame..as long as you understand that,everything is a notch.
