Bill, I have not been home for over two weeks now. I hope that the material arrived without issue. I will be home for a day on the 23rd and then gone again for 4 weeks. I will look for the material, check my email and send you the copy fee. My email system is troublesome from the road, so it is a hit or miss on getting messages right now.
