Probably it isn't spec'd because the speedo drive ratio on most trannys is set up by what gear the tranny builder sticks in there, that gear is easily field-replacable by the end user, and there are as many choices as you can imagine. This is so vehicle manufacturers can match rear ends and speedos from A-Z without being stuck with one particular ratio. The only way to tell is to actually count turns... or get an encoder and electronic speedo such as a VDO that sets itself up to whatever the ratio is, automatically, and not care what the ratio is...
