My early 4106 have driver windows which open to let air in. The rubber seal on the body it closes against are shot. Anyone find a good replacement for these seals?

OR ...
you can just pull the whole unit out and send it to me,
I know how to properly dispose of these troublesome units,
they are nothing but problems, get rid of it before it becomes a money toilet or worse
....ah, I even hear that humans can contract a disease from contact with them.

The units that open on the entry door are even more dangerous!!!!!
Maybe you can get 2 diseases from them!!!!!!

Send them to me & I'll see that you get a $100. rebate for each one.

TOM: do not read any further,
nothing below concerns you or those windows.

Jack: It sounds like you are trying to play politics here. Is the 100.00 stimulus money. Who is going to pay for it? LOL
TOM DON"T LISTEN TO HIM HE IS PULLING BOTH LEGS AT ONCE LOL> If all else fails you may go to a hardware store and get some rubber strip insulation just for emergency.

I just want to save Tom the embarrassment
of being around the rest of us '06 owners
who have a tendency of razzin those who have hinged front side windows
....old technology and all like that.

Maybe he don't know how '06 owners roll....we're a tight bunch
maybe he hasn't been invited into the secret society of '06 owners
so he don't know no better than to drive around with those old '04 leftover windows.....
...and MAYBE I'm try to do him a favor....

even tho it looks like I'm desperate to find a set for a project I'm working on.....maybe

Old technology? Shoot I thought I had the green version of the 4106 with all that ventilation stuff. Darn.

My 92 jeep Comanche truck has pesky wing vents too. Its been so long since I had a vehicle with wing vents it took a couple of months before I realized hey, they actually open up!

I have to call Luke about a leaking low air switch anyway so Ill ask him about those seals too.

Huh-Uh...wuz not!!!
See what I mean about "non-'06 owners"..!!
Casting aspersions like confetti on the innocent....
ANYWAY
Under hard braking a person can go out one of those dangerous windows & maybe even spill their beer!

When installing 04 windows in my 06 , I had a few dozen sets of new rubbers made up.

Perhaps someone bought them and didn't install them??
