my mc-5 off tracks to the right , we found that the wheelbase was one inch longer on the right side, even after replaceing the radius arm bushings it still dose it. The rod are all the same lenth and nothing is loose underneath. So I was going to cut and lenthen the right side rod, what do you think about that, good or bad?

There must be a reason why one side is longer than the other. The reason may be more inportant than the fact that one side is longer. All I can tell you is that I'm sure that MCI didn't build it that way.

Jeff, examine the front end of your bus closely for evidence of a collision. If your MCI is like my GM, the radius rod mountings are what position the axle and if the budy/frame is bent, it would change the wheelbase on the side that was damaged but not fully corrected. (I have a slight case of this.)

I agree with Jeff I had the same problem on my 04.
it had been hit in the front..You now you can get an adjustable radius rod also..this is what I did and I also had to change the length on the rear..now it tracks fine..
