I have a MC-7 which I polished the stainless to a mirror finish last year. Is there a product or something I should coat it with to stay that way, or will it not revert back to what it was over time just by washing it more often? I used Coach Brite (I think), but they are no longer in business. Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated, and THANKS IN ADVANCE !! |

The stainless will stay polished if it is left untouched. What dulls it is washing with a brush and road dust or bits of sand hitting it. After 3 or 4 years, you probably will want to restore the shine with a soft buffing wheel with fine compound. Won't take anywhere near the time it took to do originally. Jim |
