It no longer has an OEM supplier buying bulk customized copies, which previously had supported the printing of additional copies which were sold to individual buyers. It will likely reappear in a digital format sometime in 2011, but I can’t be more specific than that as the programming for such an endeavor has not yet begun. Once we have the mechanics sorted out, we will require some time to update the listings. So, some time in 2011 is the best answer I can give you right now.
