There has been loads written here and on other boards concerning the SEVERE loss of engine life due to underloading.

Some folks belive it . Some folks don't.

For anyone interested National Fisherman Oct '03 issue (page 40 ) has a reasonable discourse , and some simple solutions to attempt to solve the problem.

For those with an oversized noise maker that seldom gets worked to the 80% needed loading ,
the addition of a large blower to add cool air and extra O-2 from outside of the noismaker box was a simple recomendation,
