Here's one of the LEAST known, best campgrounds in N.E. WI. Located in the Village of Wausaukee WI (65 N. of Green Bay on U.S. Highway 141). Located in Village Park, just one block from the highway, right on the Wausaukee River with lots of large evergreen trees and nice sites. Generally you're on the "honor system" - just pull in, find a spot, then TRY to find someone to pay fee to. Has dump station, electric hookups, water and is only $10 per night (no electric) or $15 a night w/electric. Go to www.wausaukee.com click on campgrounds. You'll love it!!! |
