Hi folks,
Our ISP upgraded the server on which BNO runs. We were the last company on that particular server and the switch took place over this past weekend.
The new server is part of a complete new server network that our ISP has been working on for about the last 6 months, or so.
BNO is so large that it runs on a server all by itself! That server also runs 3 other Domain properties managed by our parent Prestige Online Services.
That said, the change in server somehow managed to make an adjustment on the "Sendmail" "within" program which generates an e-mail for everyone on a subscribed-to mailing list. In other words, the e-mail function is inoperable temporarily.
Our ISP is aware of the problem and is working on it as this message is being written. We have been promised an answer within 48 hours. We will pass along any updates which we receive.
We apologize for any inconvenience. May we suggest that you please utilize the "Last Day", "Last Week", "New Messages" and "Keyword Search" features to stay up to date until this minor problem is resolved.
