Like many coaches, the '04 has a "utility tunnel" down the center of the bay ceilings. You might have to remove the sheet metal covers. The most difficult area as i remember was crossing the front axle area. You'll like the air throttle; nice feel, no binding and light spring pressure. Really works best with a King cruise control as the King cruise allows throttle control before air is up. Very convenient for "clearing the throat" of a newly started Detroit. Good luck. Jim Stacy |

Jim MCI-9 The King cruise is a very heavy duty cruise control using a stepper motor to control the governor linkage. The unit of choice in heavy trucks. Has a neat side benefit in that it can be engaged in neutral and the speed control knob will control the engine rpm. Very handy with air operated foot throttle and fast idle. It allows immediate throttle control with zero air up. A little pricey but a trouble free unit. DonTX/KS- Going to Busin 2004 first, then Rio Hondo by early Jan. Not the most direct route from MI but what's a few thousand miles on a Detroit two stroke. Jim Stacy |
