Does anyone know if there is a way to repair small corrosion holes in the siding panels. My bus has several ones that are about 1/16 of an inch in width. The panels do not seem to be generally in bad condition but there are these tiny holes that look as if they could be filled with something like liquid metal as a repair and polished out after the application. Is this a possibility? Maybe something akin to a soldering iron repair could work it seems to me but I am not a metal worker so I thought someone here might be able to tell me how to deal with the problem. Thanks, Clifford Neal |

I don't have any experience with 4104's, but quite a bit in metal repair and fabrication. If you have pinholes appearing now, they're probably going to keep showing up. I am in the middle of re-skinning my bus, guess what I am recomending for you? Gary |

the first step would be to drill out the holes......to remove the actual corrosion. this step will expose un anodized alluminum which would need to be sealed. proper fix is to replace the pannel with new or a better used one |

I have a similar problem with my 4104. Can someone recommend a shop to do panel replacement? |
