I'm sure there are folks out there that are as familiar with electronics catalogues as I am with boat stuff. So I'm looking for a supplier that will have somthing Off The Shelf , and I won't have to build somthing. I have an autopilot that needs to 'talk" to two coils to valve steering hyd fluid. The Autopilot feeds a small signal for L or R corections ,using 2 wires that reverses polarity for the L or R steering. Each solenoid has two terminals and only one at a time needs to fire. I have drawn a circuit with 2 car alt diodes that would alternatly block one leg. But if there is somthing sitting out there that will save building my contraption, please let me know! The solenoids are 30W at 12V, and I would hope for a higher rating on the relay to give long service. TIA, FAST FRED |

Fred, I think I may still have some of those polar relays you need, If not I think I can find one. I am on east cost until Tuesday, then back home. I have some smaller 1 amp diodes and relays etc. for the scheme you have. It's not bad either. Email me at busjock@earthlink.net Jock Fugitt |
