any GOOD welding shop can fix ya' up...put that square receive hitch on & have a nice long drop hitch to plug into it 6 to 10" drop...plan on between 100 & 200.00

think about off-setting the hitch receiver some to the drivers side .... maybe 3-4" off center... that way you can see your toad better..that is, if what you're towing isn't the same width as your coach...

if doing an offset make sure you do enough! mine is at aboout 12", wish I had gone over a few inches further... I tow a Thing and barely see the mirror on it, would prefer to see the side.

BTW, I advocate two recievers... one offset and one on centerline for that odd time where you are in a real tight area and do not want to worry about the toad crabbing too far to the left.

Seems to me I have heard of that being done...

But I really think you'd be happier with it smack in the middle with a back-up camera to keep an eye on it... AND infrared led's to illuminate it at night!

Brian: The main reason I did my offset hitch, and one of the things I like most about it after 8,000 miles, is right turns in tight areas without worries of the toad jumping a curb or cliping a pole.

I still have to watch it on one corner I frequently take though.

Hmmm, I'll have to study it Peter, I might do it after all, though I wouldn't want the toad to stick out farther than the coach...

Interesting thought. My coach is 102" wide with a center hitch and any corner the rear wheels make, the toad will make too. But I don't tow Hummers or big wide trailers.

i dont have a rear view camera to watch my toad.... the back window of my holiday rambler has a plastic stick-on that makes it convex..pretty neat... so if all the doors stay open, i can see the my toad by looking back over my shoulder....but i offset the hitch, with kind of a drawbar type arrangement... where the receiver swings to either side..or pins straight....that way, the extension slide in is offset enough to see the side of my toad....i made an extension cord that plugs in the trailer plug socket of my toad... makes my toad's lights work same as the pulling vehicle...

I have a 18" offset and it works great with my Ford Ranger and my MC-7. It and the hitch was made in Norco, CA and if you want I will send a picture with dimensions.

Back up cameras are cheap - if you make your own from a standard security camera. (or in this case, we should call it a toad-monitoring camera) You can get them at Best Buy, Wal Mart, Sam's Club etc. Here is how I reversed the image to function as a back-up cam:
