I am looking to install a water temperature sensor on a 6V71 (1961). I have a maintenance manual but am not sure which port (hole) the sensor mounts into on the thermostate housing. If anyone knows, I would like the O.D., thread number and length of the original switch so I can purchase a new switch and gauge.
