This is truly a magnifsant site. One whitch I enjoy very much, it is full for the most part of intelegent kind knowledgeble people. Accessing this site has helped me tremedously in the adventure of converting my bus. Through the generosity of you people posting information and links, I will be able to do the job much easier. I do not have my bus at home yet and it will be severall more weeks before I can get her here. There is a mega! and I mean Mega! amount of snow where the bus is parked and in my yard (not to mention all over the place) and it has been very cold. I chose to do the conversion on this transit bus because it is within my budget. It is a good bus and it will be relatively easy to convert. I work as an autobody technician for a major collision repair shop in Edmonton Alberta and at my age there isn't a lot of steam left when the days work is done. I am allso looking after a family of seven. So, having said all that I have allowed myself three years to complete the project and that is a concervative guestimate.I really appreciate the feed back from all of you and am especially greatfull to Ian for generating this great site. I have allready learned a lot and of course I need to learn alot more. This includes learning on the computer so that I may post my pictures and my progress at a later date. For now I am happy just knowing that I am able to pick the brains of some kind, smart, and knowlegeable individuals. Again, Thank you one and all. And keep on bus'in. Cheers and God bless, Emery

Emery.attempted to email you but your address did not come up.

Thanx for the nice words to Ian and the rest of the "gang" out here. Great to hear positive stuff, always....now let me throw out some food for thought.

When you post, it is a lot easier for most of us to read if you will just break up your words in paragraphs. Much easier to follow and allows folks to move from one thought to another with some fluidity and comprehension of what was presented.

Best wishes on your project...and read lots of stuff like the articles that Ian has available on the Home Page. Might as well enjoy the trip....as it were. :)

Telestar
It appears that we are in the same boat, only different buses.

I am hoping to hit it hard this Spring with a "dream" date of Early Fall for completion (HA HA HA).

Feel free if you need to talk over some of your ideas or to pick our brains, we are usually receptive to questions.
