Hi.. I did the same thing earlier this year.. no problems at all. Just have all your paper work in order when you arrive at the border, and it will go smoothly. You will need to go throught the Registrar of Imported Vehicles at http://www.riv.ca Email me and I can explain all the details.. rb@canada.com |

Hi Going, In the "Keyword Search" in the left navigation pane, type "import canada" into the search field and you will see lots to read about folks who have done just what you are attempting to do. Good luck. Ian Giffin www.busnut.com |

There are varying opinions on this.. I was advised that if it is registered as a bus, you would have to import it as that.. in its original form. To find out for sure, call RIV and Canada Customs. No one even looked at my bus when I crossed the border. That only happens if I have 1 ounce over my duty free limit. lol... |

No floors...can you drive a MC 7 without floors? I know the floor in GMCs are a structural member. Not sure about MCI's... good luck! |
