hi all I went and look a camera and the monitor that goes with it for 90.00 at sams club I have heared of other busnuts using them but they are turning a couble of wires around but why? And since it is made all sealed up ,looks like you could make a cover over it to keep the rain and snow off it should work ok. if any of you have one ,how is it working ? sam-8-ok |

Yes I have one of those and for the price it is grate !! the 2 wires are on the rear of the picture tube, it is to reverse the image on the screen so that it looks like you are viewing it in a rear view mirror. I sealed my camera in a piece of PVC pipe... |

I did a write-up on how to reverse the monitor image. I just purchased a wide angle wireless color camera system from x10.com that I'm hoping will make a decent backup camera. With a couple of free extras they threw in, it will also serve as a monitoring/recording security system. |
