Read a bunch of old post; most of the links do not work. I put a electric dump and a fill valve between the front height valve and the air bag on each side front. Seems to work When I start the coach the original system airs up just as before and when parked I can raise or lower each front corner. Thought that was easy. Till I walked away. Than I heard the air release on the rear. The rear went all the way down in seconds. The front stayed were I left it. So I tried the same thing on the rear. That did not work still dumps but not as fast. I thought a bought bypassing all the old and running new lines to each side rear side 2 bags for the drive axle and leave the tag axle connected to the original system. This coach has the kneeling system and so many parts. But reading in the ARCHIVES made me think twice. That could change how it handles. Any thoughts?I

#1 - You need a BI-directional solenoid N/C valve (wired to energize / flow when the bus is TRAVEL mode) at the output of the Auto leveler to prevent the OEN leveling device from do their job (An ISOLATION valve)

#2 - I assume that your using electric Solenoid - Do you realize that most skinner valves will hold pressure in ONLY one direction.

Hopefully the image will attach and show you how I did my leveling systems - the solenoids are MAC 35A-AAA-DDAA-1BA 24V DC Pneumatic Solenoid Valve

you need to by pass the double shuttle valves on the buoy system on a Prevost if you can get a manual on the VIP chassis shows you how to do it

good luck

If the buoy system (I assume that's the tag axel) is anything like MCI's - you can add a three way solenoid (Mac 35A...) - after the tag axel pressure regulator and before the twin 3 way manual control valves - that way the tags will be dumped when parked (none travel mode) and no longer hinder the travel when leveling with the drive axel air bags - don't many Prevost's have a switch up front to dump the tag axels ??

Or did I miss-understand your concern Luvrbus ??

I don't sell my systems anymore -

see --> http://www.autopartsdealer.com/firestone_ride_rite_coil_rite_sport_rite_suspension_compone nts-p38316-p.html?utm_source=froogle&utm_medium=cse&utm_campaign=cp50&utm_content=rank1

This item is more cost competive - Remove your OEM HEIGHT adjustment devices and just use it as it is -- for full time manual control

or

just add the MAC 35a isolation solenoids to maintain your "TRAVEL MODE" Auto Leveling feature.

this sytem (like the last style I sold - lets you see what's in the airbag at all times -
