Hey Bud!
you're right!
That brings to mind those few short 4106's
built for Pikes Peak service...

Last I saw there was one at an RV dealer in Arcadia FL, a real sportscar with 5 ft out of the wheelbase!

Having something shorter and not so tall is something we did years ago, we held onto our 30 ft revcon for trips into areas that might have clearance issues up here, many of the areas we enjoy have some low hanging branches and our revcon comes in at slightly under 10 ft tall so it slides under those nicely where the iggle won't.

Well that 10' restriction would leave out most 5th wheel camping trailers! Some of those are really high in front.
I was all ready to say that if your city has those type restrictions, you need to move out in the country. Trouble is, if you move out in the country where it's pretty & peacefull, you lose the motivation to go other places to get away.

It be fun to have a 30ft'r like that for short jonts or to go to State Parks-but a bit on the challenging side to facilitate under tankages. Good Luck, TomC
