Hi I am sure someone has had the same problem. 2year old Norcold worked well over winter trip but when I used bus last week it cooled great on 110 Volt but not at all on propane. i can hear the lighter spark and think I see a small flame at inspection hole. Stack gets warm. Any ideas where to start? Thanks Jim |

Check the burner tube. Rust can fall down from the chimney and block the burner and cause a bad flame that goes out and/or does not heat properly. |

Phil's right. Usually removing the draft shield and blowing or vacuuming the burner area will fix the problem. Jim Stacy |
