While traveling along Interstate 39 in central Illinois, I came across a big sign advertising Custom Slide outs. This company has been around for awhile, doing conversions in the 35 foot versions that MCI has been manufacturing. The Slideout signs are a new thing. Being that it was Sunday, there was no one around to question for any additional information. If anyone has any interest, I did copy their phone number, it is 309-482-2471, they are located just off I 39 at exit number 27. Th little town is Minonk Ill. It is about 30 miles south of I 80, and 27 miles north of I 74 & I 55 at Bloomington Ill. I know there was a lot of dialog a while back concerning slideouts, and so if anyone is interested, here is another resource. This is not an advertisement, I just happened to see the sign as we were heading back to the snow and cold of Minnesota. We came home too soon.  Gus Haag | ||

Hi Gus, I too have been by there several times. They usually have several F3500's (MCI) outside. I think they also might have done conversions there. The slideout signs are relatively recent, like the last 6 months or so. Dave in Duluth |
