OK everyone, Sam got me started. Thanks SAM
I found the bolt on front bumper took a 15/16, 12 point socket. Got bolts loosened very easily did not have the muscle to pull it out or down or what ever.
What is the trick to pull or lower the front bumper on the 4905?
I have had the old girl since July of 05, and haven't thot of looking to see what is in there.
Thanks all for any info.
Day late Larry

Larry put a board with a pad of some sort on the ground so that when the bumper comes down t won't hit the ground and then you can't lift it up ..LOL They are hinged and sometimes the hinges get stuck and as Dallas said PB Blaster the then work it till it gets free.

Thanks Dallas and Gomer
I had never seen a bumper down so did't know if it slid out rolled over or just what it did. Was being lazy not wanting to lay on the ground. If its dry tomoro I will lay down and look it over and use blaster of some sort. You never know it mite be filled with GOLD or CASH.

Those bolts are often still holding by a thread or two when you think they are loose.

I added two heavy duty springs to my 4104 bumper, strong enough to let it just open and not hit the ground and to make it easier to raise.

Stopped at Larry's today and we dropped the front bumper......
Spare tire still inflated with good tread, also had a air line to fill the tire if need be.
